NATIONAL AGRI-FOOD SYSTEMS INVESTMENT SYMPOSIUM

The Government of Malawi, through the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Water Development and the National Planning Commission, in collaboration with partners, will host the National Agri-Food Systems Investment Symposium on 5 October 2026 at the Bingu International Convention Centre (BICC), Lilongwe under the Theme "Unlocking Private Sector Investment for Sustainable Agri-Food Systems Transformation in Malawi".

The symposium will bring together government, investors, financial institutions, private sector players and development partners to explore investment opportunities across livestock, irrigation, climate-smart agriculture, mechanisation, agro-processing, digital technologies and value addition.

The forum will also feature investment showcases, technology and innovation exhibitions, investor success stories, matchmaking opportunities and potential investment commitments.
